By placing an order on theknotandnail.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Products Many of our products are handmade to order or available for pre-order. By purchasing, you acknowledge that production lead times of 2–4 weeks (or as stated on the product page) apply before your order ships. Pre-order estimated ship dates are good-faith estimates and may be subject to change.

2. Payments Full payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

3. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. Made-to-order and custom items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Shipping & Delivery Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for production lead times, carrier information, and international shipping details. The Knot and Nail is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, photography, and content on theknotandnail.com are the property of The Knot and Nail and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability The Knot and Nail's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
