Processing Time
Every piece at The Knot & Nail is handmade to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your item to be crafted before it ships. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship worldwide via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim with UPS.
